A: Hanover Transport offers door to door service. Your vehicle will be picked up at your dealership, house or business and delivered to the address provided. NO MORE TERMINALS for you to deal with!
Q: Do I need to be present when you pick up or deliver my vehicle?
A: Yes, we request you, or a designated person, be present upon pick up AND drop off of your vehicle. The driver will perform an inspection of the vehicle and a bill of lading (exterior condition report) must be signed at both the origination and destination.

Q: How long in advance should i schedule my vehicle to be shipped?
A: We request that you schedule your move as soon as possible to insure that your car is moved within the time frame which best meets your schedule. However, if an immediate pick up is necessary, we can generally arrange for your vehicle to be picked up within 24 hours.
Q: How should I pay?
A: Hanover Transport offers many payment options to help suit our customers individual needs. We gladly accept company checks, cashier checks, money orders and credit cards.
Q: How do I prepare my vehicle?
A: Please have no more than a 1/2 tank of fuel and remove all personal items from your vehicle. It is strongly suggested you repair any chips or cracks in your windows and to make sure your vehicle is prepared for changing weather conditions.
